The Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards program recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of the Inland Empire's top entrepreneurial business leaders. And this year, Thoro was nominated and one of three finalist for the coveted award in the Manufacturing category. Below is the official video for the 2011 Manufacturing finalists:
Thoro Packaging has requalified as a G7™ Master Printer through the International Digital Enterprise Alliance (IDEAlliance®). Having first applied and received the qualification last year, the G7 mark demonstrates Thoro’s commitment to using the most modern technology, techniques, proofing and printing process controls and standards, required to produce high-quality printed folding carton packaging.
Thoro has once again taken home a Gold and a few Silver (Excellence) Awards in the Paperboard Packaging Council’s (PPC) annual Carton Competition. The National Paperboard Packaging Competition is the premier competition for carton manufacturers involved in the concept, design, print, performance, and shelf appeal of paperboard packaging. The 117 entries were judged by a jury of packaging professionals, industry experts, professors, and magazine publishers. All entries are weighted evenly, with the names of manufacturers unknown to the jury.
