Glen has worked at Thoro for 15 years, and he has over 30 years of experience in the carton and box manufacturing industry. Glen has worked a number of production jobs from air hammer stripper to first pressman, and he now brings this hands-on knowledge to his customers as a top salesman for Thoro.
As a long-time resident of Inland Southern California, Glen services many accounts in the area and surrounding counties. The highly industrial business landscape of the region allows Glen to work with a variety of product manufacturers, including medical-pharmaceutical, housewares, food, health and beauty care, and other consumer products. Glen also services a number of Thoro’s Fortune 500 and international accounts, including global corporate divisions in Canada, Germany, Ireland, Israel and Japan.
Glen regularly assists his customers with challenging new product packaging or at times package redesign requiring reverse engineering to improve through-put and efficiencies. He firmly believes that packaging is such an important component to a successful business/product and that working with an experienced and quality manufacturer like Thoro is a must. Glen enjoys being an integral part of his customer’s success!
Glen believes that challenges come-up every day, and it is important to have a strong team in place to help and assist in finding good solutions. His advice is to “Step back, reassess, ask for help and guidance, and most of all trust your instincts.” Glen’s motto is “Have as much fun as possible, do good things, and hope nobody gets hurt!”
As a certified personal trainer, Glen knows about challenges, achievement and sometimes “feeling the pain”. Glen is newly married and co-owner of a Massage and Sports Therapy Studio in Murrieta, California; where he and his wife also reside. When he is not working out in the gym, Glen might be practicing his martial arts, on the golf course, or participating in any number of fun, challenging sports.
